Those who have nothing else to do ... just makes the wine. And on this beautiful spring Sunday I filled the first real German red wine grape of wonderful Calabrian 2010'er Piedmont in northern Italy. 130 liters of pure "Geographical Indication Atipica", created entirely by hand. Dark, rich in alcohol and flavor to kill wild boars.
If I will soon write more nonsense than usual, you know why.
