Milan Derby in Derby, and not in Tuscany

of AltraVita · Thursday, 12 February 2009 · 7 3 Trackbacks / Pingbacks

During the weekend, Derby. Yes, against Inter Milan is also a derby, but since it's all about nothing, and therefore only interested in the all-gazer. I mean the much-hated Tuscan derby between Livorno and Pisa. The Bava has already pointed out last week that the Auwärtsfahrtverbot for Livornesi not just meets with enthusiasm and a published statement from the Curva tonight at 18.15 and it is finally announced the demonstration of the locked-out Tifosi give. So far, so unspectacular that curves away from closing is yes - Derby or not - unfortunately, a common practice in Italy and of course the CASM rain here and there and protest. New and totally unexpected for me though is the reaction of the Pisani, the blood again hated enemies:

The tifosi from Pisa have in fact decided to emulate the wine-red fans from the working class town and turn a "solidarity strike" proclaim: The Pisani will stay away from the Arena Garibaldi and listen to the game instead of the radio outside of the area, a corresponding ComUnique has the Curva Nord Pisa published today .

"Che Razza di Pisa-Livorno derby è un con e senza sole 7000 persone tifoseria ospite?"
What kind should it be the Derby of 7000 people in the stadium and without visiting fans?

An act of solidarity with the fans of AS Livorno against the decision of the Prefecture. Before the stadium is a public address system set up and served beer. As we now also tells La Repubblica , there will be no closed entry ban, but every fan is free to go to the stadium or to participate in the action of organized fans. It is only asked to refrain from singing and chants against Livorno. Given the conditions in past derbies an almost unbelievable process - Roberto Maroni has accomplished a miracle! Or how to express the fans from Pisa:

"Che è senza avversari derby? Non è giusto negare ai tifosi del sabato Livorno la partita Tues. È la gara riservata agli abbonati? Noi lo siamo, tutti, ma quel giorno verrebbe voglia Tues strapparlo, l'abbonamento ".
What a Derby without the opponent? It is not right, the fans from Livorno verwerhen the game on Saturday. The game is only available to subscribers? This is us, all but falling over on a day like the one desire to tear it, the season ticket.

There are more important than football and the related friends and enemies. I find the action of the Pisani beautiful, hopeful, solidarity and by the way she leads the decisions of state power against Italian football fans ad absurdum. Because quite as big of hatred can surely not be, if you look at solidarity in this way with an opponent who is not allowed into the stadium before a loud security. Let's see what comes of it.

Meanwhile, history repeats itself from last August:

Senza tifosi e colore questo è il derby della repressione

Senza questo è il colore e tifosi della derby repressione

Senza questo è il colore e tifosi della repressione derby.
Without fans and colors, this is the derby of the repression.

A beautiful photographic demonstration of the then actions can be found at the Boys Parma ...
