Italian standards
The message is already a few days old, but it is the Fankongress intervened, yes it goes on, inter alia, to the spatially and temporally limited use of pyrotechnics in German stadiums. Since the DFB has unilaterally broken off the negotiations in this regard, is the ignition of pyrotechnics of any kind remains a criminal offense (" attempted grievous bodily harm "). In Italy, it's been a long time already so and the transportation of pyrotechnics to stadium events - including at arrival and departure - leading to the stadium ban and display. Against this background, it is even more important that the investigating judge decided these days in Florence (Italy decided by a "judge for preliminary investigations," the district court as to whether there is a process).
The relevant standard for security at sporting events is the so-called Act 401 . after all, governed from 1989, which already represents the carrying of pyrotechnics under penalty In the case at the 26-year-old capo of the mods from Bologna, Fabrizio D. was - called "Tortino "accused, at the Derby in Florence on 15 May last year have carried a smokescreen to. And outside of the Stadium "Artemio Franchi" home stadium of Fiorentina, while he was with the other fans moved to the entrance. Fabrizio was arrested at the entrance of the officials of the anti-terrorist unit DIGOS (Divisione Investigazioni Generali e operazioni Speciali), and raised charges against him. As usual in Italy, already handed out the ad, by 5 years stadium ban to be imposed against him, even before an appropriate hearing. Stadium ban was linked with the usual requirement to sign on match days to three times in the local police station: at kickoff, at halftime and after the final whistle. As the practice of the stadium ban cancel out the presumption of innocence and a kind of de facto "substitute criminal law" is, in fact the union of the Fananwälte Fankongress in Berlin had set out very clearly. A legal practice which meets every year dozens of Italian ultras.
This time it is the lawyer Gabriele Bordoni however, succeeded in persuading the competent investigating judge on a detailed list of witnesses used to drop the charges and cancel as a consequence of course, the stadium ban imposed. A rather unique occurrence in Italy of special laws, which unfolds as a possible precedent having a broader scope. For although the above-mentioned law is already the "possession of pyrotechnic materials (rockets, flares, firecrackers) at sports events," forbids the judge has joined the argument of the defense, which is even for laymen quite understandable and logical, yet so far to my knowledge has never had success:
Act 401 is to prevent the pyrotechnic materials are cited as "dangerous weapons" ("pericolosi armi") used (ie to be shot or thrown) and endanger the health of other stadium visitors. Because "Tortino" the orange smoke grenade, however, lasted until complete burning in the hand - what the DIGOS i.Ü. justification in the accusation had just presented itself - the court ruled that no innocent bystander exposure could be seen. Almost as an intrusion of common sense into a hysterical case law, I would evaluate personally, that the investigating judge even beyond was: Because of the Ultras at the time of arrest (before the Stadiontor) carried with no pyrotechnics, just a burned-out cardboard tube, this charge to drop. Because the smoke grenade was also burned during daylight hours, the hazard is assessed also lower. Reason to celebrate is not because the carriage would have of functioning pyrotechnics in the stadium continues to punishment, but the fact that a judge a display taking into account the actual intention of the Act (ie security) rated, but is a step in the right direction that is definitely worth mentioning. In other words, if Act 401 for stadium security the ban of pyrotechnics arguing that this way people can be injured, it can not be used effectively when no man can be injured. The Florence Court thus saith the Bologna Ultrà free from the charge of having endangered by the carrying of pyrotechnics other stadium visitors.
Now you can certainly be shared view in terms of the Gefährungspotential an inflamed smokescreen, but go into a country where the captains of cruise ships schonmal first off the ship and the former head of state to its own laws creates, let the crimes of tax evasion statute of limitations retroactively, we must be satisfied when a judge on the legal principle of "proportionality" recalls. After all threaten for the transportation of pyrotechnics into the stadium next to the obligatory stadium ban also just 4-6 months imprisonment. It just makes it a difference if I burn one Bengalo to hold in your hand or throw it effectively to people - in the first case, I could potentially threaten anyone, in the second, I actually do this. As long as it makes a difference whether I have a knife in your pocket or wear it around your neck to hold someone, I think the above sentence at least understandable.
"Now I'm finally, back to the stadium." Fabrizio said it.

Fankongress Berlin 2012
The most important first: Thanks to all who have sacrificed their free time to the Fankongress in Berlin to organize, organize rooms, catering, bouncers and event technology, media, DFL, DFB, CIS, and partly Fanforscher invite international speakers. Turn have given equally to all who enter, and a weekend trip to come to Berlin to peacefully discuss their desires to start a football right. Tell apart from the honor of being on such an event may have experience from Italy, it was nice, familiar faces from German curves to see and meet new people, where - is the same issue at the heart - for all the differences.
As I've mounted the podium and in the conversations in the hallway again and again, is the most important thing in such an event, that it occurs at all. Respond even without the discussed content, is such a convention the sign that it is obviously so that very many of the most enthusiastic and most exciting fans are obviously able to peacefully and intelligently deal with their fan culture and the environment of football operations. A scenario that, given the many media reports in recent months seemed so impossible. I could however make the premises of the former Kosmos cinema in Friedrichshain no dull violence culprit who discharged their social frustration in stages, are not interested in football and see their life's goal is to beat women and children to flee.
Of course, the gain in knowledge is obviously limited when sending DFB and DFL only representatives of a real active discussion can not really participate, not just dialogue and decision making have probably only want to simulate. Of course it is annoying when the CIS announced a day before the start of the event the cancellation of its representative Ingo Rautenberg. And so lacked a genuine dialogue is often just the dissenting votes. Then, can one blame is not really the organizers and the fans in attendance that DFB representative Gerald of Gorrissen as often declared dialogue and willingness on the part of the association as he can then say to actual decision-making anything because he "was not there" because something like "decided by the Board" or the "Conference of Interior Ministers' exerts pressure. Subdialog I would imagine just something that ultimately leads also to a mutually acceptable compromise and not a dialogue "pour parler" and then the just rejected Discussed still simple.
I would like to include, for example by the DFB, why one's own legal opinion, which was used to justify the ban on pyrotechnics in specially demarcated areas and at specified times, in consultation with the club, police and fire departments, was not published. Why one of leading questions to induce unsuspecting run poll result of 84% was launched shortly before the pyrotechnics against Fankongress ( opinion of Profane ). Why the labeling of stadium fans are constantly repeated as perpetrators of violence shall, if it in a whole season 1 and 2 Bundesliga as many injuries (which included injured by police action) is, as a day at the Oktoberfest (Spahn on ZDF, he probably said yes an entire Oktoberfest, the comparison is nevertheless instructive). I would like to ask Tomas fan representatives from the DFL, "Steve Jobs" Schneider, who demanded of the fans wanted to explain self-reflection and police violence "group dynamics" is why his boss was not there. Or some Enstcheidungsträger. The statement, "we would not interfere in an organized Fans of Congress" does so only in contexts comedy sense. But obviously, the association representatives were sent only to the proviso to Berlin, to say nothing as to present but by the mere presence willingness to talk. You can not blame the people who have asked after all, yes, but - especially against the background of the last two months very bad. But at least they were, in contrast to police officials, come at all.
To discuss the content itself can be located elsewhere with detailed information about the "results" can be worrying. I personally think such events for immensely important. In particular, by the journalist Nicole Selmer Unclaimed cooperation with the press. I am the first one can understand why football fans have some problems with the German media landscape, which often cause enough ruckus to write, where only a firecracker was thrown. The violence - each of which reject individual and to prosecute is - tears from every statistical association. The statements and twisted invents panic and sensationalism. Nevertheless, it takes the fight against repression and for Fanrechte to inform the general public who may not go into the stadium or not at all interested in football. The congress was organized by the deputy of many tens of thousands of people for whom a visit to a stadium is part of their lives. Which has its own shortcomings exchanged, claimed unjust treatment and outlining how they imagine a football operation, thousands of young people have the possibility to practice their hobby to pursue relatively responsible. Despite all the problems and the curves themselves
Indiscriminate use of pepper spray in police operations in the stadium, the possibilities of a controlled and safe use of pyrotechnics, fanfreundliche kick-off times and the experiences in other European leagues were just some of the issues raised. And this has been discussed in lively, peaceful and interesting way. I hope in the future quite often. And perhaps even such a differentiation can be achieved and transport the image to the public that the vast majority of German visitors are not dull curve violent offenders, which is all about riot. A democracy should be a youth movement can endure, is not tolerable for the aspects it is a functioning legal system. Prejudgment and gross reductions tens of thousands of individual opinions on image-compatible formulas do not ensure that problems disappear. The number of reporting and the ZDF gym on Saturday evening, let me hope that it also gives journalists who take their jobs more seriously and represent things as they are and not project problematic aspects such as violence at all youth movements. You can talk about anything. The baton is now in the associations, the press and the security organs.

Giorgio Specchia "Il Teppista / The Rowdy. 30 damn years in Milan."
In the midst of the current betting scandal just manipulated football games will appear in November 2011 Giorgio Specchias "Il Teppista / The Rowdy," life story of the cofounder of the "Viking", to this day existing Ultra grouping the north curve of the San Siro stadium. The FC Internazionale. Written his biography is not the protagonist, Nino Ciccarelli, himself, but Giorgio Specchia, author and journalist, the Gazzetta dello Sport. He, too, and that makes the book quite so special founders of the "Viking" - together with the many other persons mentioned in the novel. Fortunately, the book appears in a small publishing company and the protagonist is anyway "a criminal", otherwise the plant would provide enough veritable explosives to a lot of Italians with a vengeance to open their eyes. And the corrupt business of football here are only the smallest factor.
"I've never sold to anyone, especially not to journalists. But a book, even a novel that was necessary for my life. Why? Mainly because I've always read about ultras and only nonsense, written by people who do not know ultras. As if you could comment me a concert at La Scala or write an editorial for the national debt. Pour over the curves but always those who may know nothing at all of us, sociologists, journalists, even authors who explore the football after an episode of the crime area. All people who live on another planet entirely, and think they have to teach me morals. "
It is therefore a ultra book , tells the life story of a nationally known figures of Italian curves. It's not just about legendary rides away, drugs, fights and the passion of the Curva. But most of all is the "Teppista" a glimpse into the life of a boy who make in the second half of the 60s in a less city of Milan is born. There, where you only survive, if you're stronger and faster than the others. And Ceccarelli, because harder and smarter than others, breathed his life not for a golden shot on a park bench, but goes on a roller coaster ride between wealth, violence, crime, fraud and a lot of celebrities all over Europe. And he takes the time to report from the 70% of the iceberg, which was also in Germany only Bunga-Bunga Berlusconi tip arrived. How far spread the network of celebrities from politics and sports, drugs and Prositition to normal matrix of the Italian aristocracy has money, it gives us "Il Teppista" a disturbing impression.
"He is the author and I is the protagonist, the roles are clearly defined. It is true that people understand what we are really ultras, but surely this is not another of a thousand books about ultras . On the contrary, the football and what revolves around him, represent only a small portion of the story, which recounts three decades of Milan, Italy, resumes without too many prospects. The 80 youth gangs and the Milanese night life are the most interesting decade, but also the 90s and the noughties are full of incidents that were never told by someone who had been there myself. "
The cover picture is dominated by an upper arm tattooed with ivy leaves 12 - one for each spent years in prison. The subtitle reads: ". Thirty damn years in Milan," An agreement on the equally fascinating and chilling story of an Italy that is light years away from the Duomo, the Galleria and the lovely flea market at the Naviglio. By Tuscan cypresses and singing gondoliers. Ciccarelli lives in the intestines of Italy, in a world that is hushed up and even the great majority of Italians is unknown. And so the short, precise and dry-described immoral stories told to a world that one would expect rather pseudo-democracies in Central America. But the play still in the middle of Europe.
"In this book there is one and a Milan, Italy that far removed from the commonplace, is also for those of crime. And that's why they are largely unknown, because people do not realize how closely different realities that have seemingly unrelated, are actually connected with each other. The world of finance, politics, show business, the football, the more or less organized crime, culture, etc.: a parallel world that you ripped all, a world that because of a series of coincidences a boy of the street as allowed me has to Duzen all over the world famous personalities. "
And so the reader is taken on a journey into the interfaces of Milan's upper and lower world of the 80s until the present. Schulhofstreitigeiten, youth gangs, bolts in the park and the establishment of the Viking. Away trips, swords and banners. It is told how to take cocaine and heroin, the city and the curves - and decimate - as well as the usual gang fights city parks. And with a breathtaking nonchalance of the frame is expanded to the usual cocaine clients are footballers and their star luxury, tennis player and Brazilian transvestites, dealers, gamblers and prominent politicians. The night before the Derby celebrated by millionaire star players in luxurious villas pregnant cocaine orgies. The last few rounds of Serie A soccer traveling with the laptop through the area to supplement their meager salary even by a few sports betting on rigged games. Ciccarelli takes the reader into the demimonde of Milan in discos, where branch meets in the back rooms of footballing celebrities with tons of expensive snow and cheap prostitutes. The doors guarded by Milan ultras.
"You must also know that not all of my generation as I have. I'm just always gone a bit further. And I paid for it with the 12 ivy leaves on my left arm. One for each year in detention '
On the way to close illegal betting, paid accounts, money made and lost again, and unsheathed blade missed a lot of bullets riddled and expensive cars. The names of football stars will be out of respect (certainly before their lawyers) are not known, but the apparent to most who know even a bit of themselves, the reader learns why most ultras boycott the Italian sports press. And he also learns what name they can take effect on political decision-making processes. For the only names are mentioned, as the two Milan curves - in protest against the "betrayal" of the Northern League and the terrorism legislation including "Tessera del tifoso" by Berlusconi's interior minister Maroni - the overthrow of the center-right government at the Milan local elections 2011 and co-manager to celebrate the new Mayor Giuliano Pisapia. A fact that has made it so far as I know, in any official publication. Nor will the eloquent banner curve north of Milan to the outcome, which was not mentioned in any official media or mapped. Probably because it is not compatible with the semi-official view, ultras are mindless street thugs.
But mostly sad stories of the guys from the curve are not forgotten: Breathtaking, is painted as the first banner and proudly. As Nino is slashed by a trucker bedröhnten the stomach and is struck down one of his best friends of dirty cloth and seal the average citizen of Milan, meanwhile, the shutters in front of the dying boy. Stories of friendships from the curve of cohesion, shared grief and passion. Because over the three decades are emerging and the changes and the eventual demise of the ultra motion, which is operated by a moral fired repression, which reads in the face of the episodes from the lives of the rich and mighty of the land even more absurd than usual already.
"Normally, changing the relevant journalists and sociologists from their homilies with a kind of passion for the most violent and most dreary details, without at least trying to understand that behind every person's life. Possibly without hope, but nevertheless still a life. "
In short, Specchia and Ciccarelli consider the unique Italian Felt of football stars and TV celebrities, from basketball and Hofjournalisten, from artists and the more or less organized crime, from politicians and transvestites by a sort of tarnished mirror and light so to speak from the bottom is a reality that otherwise normally under a thick carpet going from show business. The fact that the nasty corrupt mixture situation not only in football but in basketball, horse racing and tennis when there is, in the course of the book no longer surprising. Similarly, the intersection curve of fans, the bouncer scene and the drug trade. All things that keep the intestines any Italian city, the whole dazzling running and showing the level of the encounter, a simple boy from Quarto Oggiaro and Argentine or Brazilian football celebrity - and Duzen - can. For surely Nino is a criminal, one of the offenses accumulate like other people collect stamps. One that you should not imitate at all costs. Compared to the bottomless mud of the rich, beautiful and powerful, the people like him need to fill again, but he is not worth mentioning. Except of course for journalists and police officers who do so, as if Nino and his boys are the fundamental evil of society, although actually ...
"Who in the second half of the 60s or the 70s of the first born, can perhaps identify with one or the other reporting person, some will say that this is a generational book. But from a generation that does not provide lessons about life. And do not even want to hear that. "
All this unemotionally very beneficial. It is described a life of one of the dreary suburban neighborhoods, without any morals derive. "Things happen because they happen" is the guiding principle of this novel. To be in the sad final chapter to the dissolution of the Italian ultra movement yet still affirm a kind of moral barrier: to have the honor, never betrayed anyone. The pride, have paid for all his deeds. And the realization that what remains in the end, the guys from back then: The one with whom went to school with whom they shot the first joints and painted the first banner. The only ones you can still even after months at night to call up 3, because in Genoa just needs someone on whom one can rely on. In a world in which we can rely on nothing else.
"To avoid misunderstandings I close by saying that I certainly do not want to emulate, not least because the bill had to pay for many of my exploits almost always my wife and my children. I've gone off in Quarto Oggiaro to werweißwo to come and have risked more than once to get my life on the line. I am not a victim of the system, I'm no hero, I look for no ideological endorsement. But I can look in the mirror without shame. This is not little. "

Domenico Mungo: "Stray dog"
Apocalyptic novel. The ultra-Fiorentina Domenico Mungo told in "Stray dog" ; of ideals, solidarity and struggle, of his movement and his youth. His translator Tippmann Kai talks about the end of the Italian Ultras, historical mischief in the German media and parallels of the book to "The Simpsons".
Interview: Jacob Rosenberg
Mass arrests, persecution and exile. Domenico Mungo selects a gloomy scenario as a framework for action of his novel "sciolti Cani" ("Stray dog"). The nameless protagonist is an ultra-writers such as mongoose. After the death of policeman Filippo Raciti during the Sicilian derby between Catania and Palermo on 2 February 2007 began a witch hunt against the Italian curves. The Ultra-fiction writers to flee into exile in Switzerland and collect material on the way to document a movement that is facing its destruction. The e-mails, phone calls and newspaper reports, the mongooses are protagonists for documentation, give the book its linguistic diversity. The different styles and narrator express the many, sometimes contradictory stories of the Italian ultra movement. They tell of trains and motorway service stations, and leaflets quote from police reports, reports from the common pastime of drugs and violent clashes with rival fans and police. A normal youth in Italy during the 1980s and 1990s. The blogger Kai Tippmann has translated "Cani sciolti" for the German market.
Ballesterer:The media discussion about ultras in Germany currently dominated by the issue of violence. How far do you want to take the translation of "Stray dog" influence on the scene? Tippmann Kai: I think that youth movements have their own dynamics that can not be moved by a book in one direction or another. "Stray dog" is about the Italian ultras in the 1980s and 1990s. Violence was an important part of the ultra-definition, both between groups and against the police as a representative of the hostile system. This violence is not in the book morally doomed. If only because of the different historical situation, I would want to live based on the book but no discussion on the situation of violence in the German speaking countries.
On the violence in Italy followed the repression. Can be produced there parallels? The highlights of the episodes of violence have placed an ever tighter spiral of repression. So you can think about what happened in Italy and how a corresponding end of the ultra-motion could be avoided in the German speaking countries. Here we must also remember that the violence in Italy has not taken place in isolation from political and social developments: Italian relations mean a radicalized, standing on the brink of civil war society. In this context, the violence was sized differently than in Germany. In other words, in the repression against ultras, it is not in Italy fell by pyrotechnics in the block. That anyone would have been interested. The German media, but just that with my Italian relations. This is historical nonsense.
Have you completed the novel with historical explanations? There is no appendix, and I have largely dispensed with footnotes, not because it is a popular scientific work on a meta level. It is a novel that will draw its power from the immediacy.
Is not there a risk that the book is without this additional information is difficult to understand? One can read and interpret at different scales. That is not a disadvantage. I look with my twelve year old son like the "Simpsons." We love both, although we certainly see other things. I think that the book is similar. It describes scenes from everyday life, which can recognize everyone who had been on away trip. It's not just about violence and socio-political debate, much comes from the middle of the curve. The book should appeal to experts as well as Italy, one a 15-year-old Ultra from Paderborn.
How do you want or reach the author of the mongoose? We want to convey, in which the enthusiasm of the ultra-existence there. Why do young people use their time and money in order to go abroad, nächtelag choreography and prepare for their team in the curve. "Stray dog" also makes clear that the Ultras deserve their own story. That's not only in books, journalistic articles, academic papers on Ultras happen, but that they can bring their own perspective.
The title "Cani sciolti" called in Italian Ultras, which are mixed by a group of independent and concealed among opposing fans, there to lead discussions. In the literal translation "Stray dog", this meaning is lost. The book is intended to introduce the concept into German? I've finally decided on the title because he hits very well personally mongooses biography. As a born and living in Turin, Fiorentina Ultra-he is a special case. He had his whole life away just to ride. Week after week he is driven to the game alone, in order to participate in group life. The term alludes to a more biographical specificity and less on the "Cani sciolti".
The book is a tribute to the Italian ultra movement? Yes, I would think so. In some chapters a settlement can be seen. This applies to failures within the curve as well as the excessive state repression, which together have led to the fact that little is left of the left, what would be called Mungo Ultra. It is both a tribute to their youth, because the expressions have changed, as well as the ultra-motion, because it has not been this generational conflict over four decades in Italy Sun That turns away from the older generation and to dissolve large groups is a phenomenon of the 2000s.
Are the ultras in Italy today only "Cani sciolti"? I would not go so far. But it is in the direction of "extended circle of friends", who is traveling with hidden colors in order to escape the repression. The days of large groups with 5,000 to 10,000 members are gone for about 15 years. While there are still many organized groups, but are smaller and less homogeneous.
The curves in the German-speaking countries today are usually much more colorful and creative. At the same time, there is still a strong focus on Italy. To what extent this is a glorified view? The safe is dyed rather nostalgic, many Italian riders are disappointed by the state of the curves. Most groups have turned their eyes towards Greece and Turkey or developing their own creativity. Perhaps the reader's eyes to the past put right a little and give insight, which in Germany are not known. Those who were previously based only on the choreographic aspects are to get an idea of what else happened in Italy.
Personal: The Milan fan Kai Tippmann (40) operates from his home on Lake Maggiore in northern Italy from the blog altravita.com. The "Reflections of a German in Italy" focus on football and the Italian ultra movement. In November 2010, appeared with Giovanni Francesios "Tifare Cont. A History of Italian ultras," the first translation from Tip's Ultra series at Burkhardt & Partners.

Gianluca Casseri
The psychiatrist Stefano Pallanti called him the "Italian Breivik". Gianluca is meant Casseri, on 13 December 2011 in Florence, two Senegalese immigrants were shot dead and three others seriously wounded in part, before he killed himself in his car. Until then he had in the vicinity of the "Casa Pound" in Rome with a name, with articles on their website and muddled-right with a penchant for esoteric literature. In addition, he was up to its setting in 2005 editor of the publication "La Soglia" (the threshold) and a member of the cultural association "La Runa" - (I think the translation is not necessary here), for which he is articles such as "Dracula, warriors of Wotan "or" the way of Alessandria published. "
It describes the 50-year-old accountant from the province of Pistoia as an introverted loner, fascinated by Celtic rites, neopaganism, and Tolkien's fantasy Aryan master race, which became entangled in his writings also like fantasy strikes with fascist ideology. In the vicinity of Casa Pound the man with the chubby face was rather seen as a "lone wolf" as a member of neo-fascist thugs. An intellectual ideologue of the master race, a connoisseur of neo-fascist movements and analyst of the founding myths. As a big comic book fan, he lectured at the Casa Pound repeatedly about his favorite characters and Tex Tin Tin.
Autobiographical, the man who likes talking in third person of himself describes as follows:
"He was born in 1961 in Ciriegio (PT), while the man flies into space and the sky is the greatest eclipse of the XX. Century obscured. At the age of 12 years, overwhelmed by the encounter with HP Lovecraft, he finally ordered removed from the surrounding cosmos. His varied interests in fantasy, not all rigorously up to date, ranging from Flash Gordon to the sci-fi cinema of the 50s, the authors of Weird Tales to Val Newton films and beyond. In 2001, at the time of the final breakthrough of the Internet, he has the brilliant idea to release a print journal, La Soglia, where he lives out his multi-media mania. To distract himself from the serious things of life, it seems as if he were an accountant. "
In the "Protocols of the Elders of Alessandria" he puts the anti-Semitic conspiracy theory of Jewish world of the "Protocols of the Elders of Zion" on new and seasoned with the most extreme fits of Holocaust deniers. Created as a polemical response to Umberto Eco's "The Cemetery in Prague" in the book he reaffirms the absolute relevance of the standard work of the conspiracy. In other writings he blended Nietzsche, Freud, Evola in a defense of the Aryan master race and the pure, pre-Christian Europe. In co-authored with Enrico Rulli "La del Caos Keyword" (The Key of Chaos) he overcooked black magic and the esoteric into a kind of "historical novel".
Perhaps he borrowed the title of his revered "scholar", the theoretician of the neo Adriano Romualdi, who died in 1973 in a traffic accident. Romualdi explains the roots of Europe from the symbolism of the Germanic myths and insists that "we must not stop to listen to his inner voice that calls to create order and support. Midgard - The Middle Earth, the world of men - must be at least defended against Utgard, against the forces of chaos, which are expected from the 'outside world' "care Romualdi and Casseri the mean quite seriously," a new European spirituality "based. on the (Germanic) "Roots of Europe" is to bring about healing people. By defense of the self-evident "from outside" invading enemy forces.
Apparently took Casseri Europe's fate into his own hands when he shot the two Senegalese farmer's market vendors, the San injured Lorenzo market three and surrounded then by the police, in the underground parking garage in the heart of the Tuscan capital with his .357 Magnum shot in the mouth. Of course, distances itself "Casa Pound" and now he describes him as a madman. From the group of Giovanni Iannone is reported, he would only "sympathizer" was "not an activist," a lone wolf, then, who was not directly connected with the Casa Pound. Well then it's good. Just amazing that he was allowed to publish several articles in their "Ideodromo" (now, of course, largely removed from the side), which creates the ideological guidelines of the Casa Italiana Pound. The Circolo "Sur Les Murs" in Pistoia, somewhere between the "social rights" and "Giovane Italia" locates and Berlusconi's "People of Freedom" connected, where Casseri was more than once invited to panel discussions, is just "crazy" one. Coherent takes out the statement of Stormfront "Casseri one of us".
A pseudo-intellectual bookkeeper in his best years, therefore, who babbles in his texts of Jewish world conspiracy, some quite complex written pamphlets that urge, that the white European rely again on its Nordic founding myths in order to be healthy. Of the Nordic, Germanic races is threatened constantly by "chaos" of the outside world against which it is to defend themselves. Of denying the Holocaust. Unless it's all in line with his comrades, not to see why Casseri should now suddenly be crazy if he expresses a fact exactly what he advocated in his environment for years. And in fact, the comments in the forums also vary more between "hero" and "idol" and also the Casa Pound is itself made posthumously criticized for distancing from the killer: "Shame"
But his "literary work" did not have the desired effect. The closed as described Casseri found neither in the web still on the road the following desired. In December 2004 he complained given the task of his publications about the lack of "public" and that the "environment" to no longer exist for a few scattered groups. Possibly be met and the intellectual style of his lyrics is not the spirit of the Italian neo-fascists , he was quite content with them. And it would be fundamentally wrong to listen to the affirmations of the "Casa Pound 'belief that the estimated speaker and author would now be rotated by a sudden, just because he put his thoughts into action. In Casseri not the irrational has exploded, but he is only one part of a far more disturbing development, via Norway and Saxony, now finds its counterpart in Tuscany. Saverio Ferrari from "Osservatorio Democratico" which describes this:
"At the moment there is an acceleration in Europe and here in Italy we are in a period of change, will be replaced for some time because our symbolism associated with fascism by the more radical and dangerous neo-Nazism, the do with the symbolism of culture and the propaganda has to do the Italian right. And here there is an objective responsibility of those who show the evolution of these over a clearing. Rome Mayor Alemanno have, the President of the Province of Milan Guido Podesta, to mention two names of the institutions that have taken this extreme right-wing movements under their protective wings giving them space to live, grow and transform given in more radical forms. The explosion in one day, on a square in Florence. "

Almost like football
This morning I found a small piece of text, I will not hide from you. One of those things that you read this and think "What a pity that I did not write the", as he's thoughts so beautifully makes the point. Also I have with " Do you remember those days? " and " If You are a child of the 70s "is the theme plowed schonmal. So now GC of the formidable side of the Fiorentina fans " Dodicesimouomo.net ":
Sounds like a slogan from Sordi, if he makes one for Americans , but I really believe that. The video games, the Playstation as their symbol, are one of the largest fatalities that have plagued the modern game ever.
I'll explain the times: My generation grew up with played football, so not in the sense that the game after weeks of talk only came to how the day goes, but I think we had soccer playing (and fundamental dimension of game are raised). We have kicked everywhere: at home, at school, on the road between cars on dusty hard ground, in mud or in parking lots, with rounded objects of any color, any weight or size. From tennis balls to the balls of Nivea Bath, as great as Chaplin's world.
And we have learned that the ball does not always go there, where he would have been happy. That there is at least as easy to get a passport to the man, how to beat him. That if you shoot on goal (the goal was often limited by two stones, two jackets and two backpacks and accurate as high as the goalkeeper would extend over the head with an outstretched arm up) could be forgiven, too weak or too slow shoot , hits the ball past goalkeeper or comes on. We have learned that kicks hurt, but it dispenses and pocketed. That the good guys were good and the bad bad, but you could set up the one without the other as a team. That their team was always the best. That were made for Fiorentina in Florence, and that when your dad came from southern Italy, so it normally was that you did Napoli, Avellino and Catanzaro fingers crossed. And when you have unfortunately decided to press one of the teams from the north, the thumb, then you got while thrashing, until you had changed her mind.
We grew up believing that the transfer market would be a stupid affair, because Antognoni would never change anyway for Juve, that the purple shirt in the run up to eleven of exactly how the others and that they thus first began to eye level. That if the Roma or Napoli came to Florence, and the mothers were worried you might not let the day go to the stadium.
Then came the Playstation, with one-touch move players from Manchester United to Messina, the formations will be evaluated by numerical coefficients, the players versemmeln never had a reception of the ball, a pass, a goal, the goalkeeper is excellent, dribble the strikers like Tomba at the time the bars clever curving around and each player seems to Maradona.
And the sweat? And the bickering? And the mutual Verarsche? And the friends that made-up fantasy team, the broken shoes which whipped knees? And the strain? There is nothing more of it! The effort is gone, there is no longer the joyful tension, the taste of the error that had to be learned from this, there is no longer the bitter flavor of defeat, which made the victory so sweet in comparison! If you lose, you do not just store!
And there is no more affiliation: Children of today are the real Barcelona or even if they grew up in Novoli or Girone. The jerseys are more popular than that of Rooney from Natali, your team is just a fad worth if it has an enviable trophy exhibit. One supportet the winners, not the team that represents you.
In short, is the cultural model of today's society, which was only made for and by those who win, spread out on the football and also because of the diabolical objects such as video games.
You ruined the Playstation, we still believe in the football, we try to hang on.
GC
And, dear cultural optimists: No, video games are not a devil, and yes, of course, the whining, because there was anything better anyway once was. Nevertheless, it is a pretty small text, which reminds me a lot of my own youth: to "three corners of a penalty," in thickness, which always had the goal, to those who have always been a ruse better than yourself, to " who shoots out of bounds, must be the goal, "to slaps, because the new pants were torn at Gebolze night at 11 when you hit the ball no longer looked at guys who messed up every math test, but on the pitch, the uncrowned heroes - to just football, not the simulation. Today, you can pimp on the PS3 Hellas Verona to the dream team for the Champion's League and the 10-year-old get sophisticated tactics training , wear Adidas adiPower Predator TRX FG Control on the accurately maintained imitate lawn and the Celebration of their stars from the Premier League. But we "were" Maradona and nobody can take us. And of course my heart beats for players like Gattuso or Jürgen Kohler, from their more limited talent yet made a career because they compensate for their weaknesses with full dedication of each of the 90 minutes and remind me of back when fired our childhood dreams, that we this could also. Christiano Ronaldo and Ibrahimovic that I let my son.

Choreografie AS Roma-Lecce, 20.11.2011
Letzten Sonntag stieg in der italienischen Serie A das Spiel AS Roma gegen Lecce.
The local police department reviews the request for content, materials used, place and manner of attachment, flammability, show times and of course, the applicant should itself be in the applicant group, for example, a Stadionverbotler are (or even just someone who in recent years ever had a stadium ban), then a permit is of course excluded. Completely independent of whether the persons concerned with choreography, flag or banner have to do something or just in the stadium. A group whose member had been allowed to a stadium ban, to take anything into the stadium. So, strictly speaking, no.
This of course means that legal choreography or banners can not give. And so unfolds every weekend, a cat-and-mouse game between ultras and police officers to make the curve still somewhat colorful. Megaphones, drums, fireworks and so on are of course forbidden anyway. And so last Sunday: After the Romans had decided Curva Sud robes, to turn yellow and red, were prepared during the week, thousands of colorful plastic paper. Because it was impossible under the conditions outlined above, a permit of course, it was decided that each should bring his ballot separately into the stadium. The material was then distributed outside the stadium and the fans brought the papers individually into the stadium.
Unfortunately, not all come unmolested into the venue and the 30 unlucky fans who had their tablets hidden under the jacket, were transported to the police station in the Olympic stadium and the stadium for violating conditions of use included personal details. . And just sentenced to 172 € the said penalty MyRoma , an association of shareholders said the fans involved, and legal assistance to Fananwalt Lorenzo Contucci clarified: "We are ready to appeal to the prefecture of contradiction.Anyone who violates the standards for the second time, is occupied by 2 years and 2 months stadium ban.And on the basis of the standards I could get stadium ban because the second time I've thrown a piece of paper on the ground. Then there is another stand-out fact: in Rome were, until now, the only penalties imposed against the guys who have tried banners against the Fankarte Tessera del tifoso bring in.Very targeted penalties I would say ... "
To sum it up: in Italy it is enough to want to bring a plain paper under the jacket into the stadium to risk stadium ban and a hefty penalty. Even if you had just before, the decades-old gray concrete blocks with at least upgrade the team colors. Red and yellow are in the "Olimpico" in Rome to find anything. Good thing you know, because you feel like a safe.

In größeren Zusammenhängen heißt so etwas dann Evolution.
"The ultras are evil. They are the dark hemisphere of football. The obscene horrors of civil society. The Ultras are the lightning rod of the do-gooders, the bourgeoisie, the shopkeepers, the professionals, the housewives, the poor Journaillie and the cops to victim search." Domenico Mungo told from more than two decades of Italian culture and Ultra provides direct insight into the once most beautiful scene in the world.
